Beginning June 1, 2018 tenants must pay their rent and all other charges by the 5th of the month. On the 6th day a $5.00 late penalty fee will be applied to the account. Every day after the 6th, $1.00 will be applied each day until payment is received.

If the Rent payment is not received on or before the 5th day of each month your 14 day notice of lease termination starts. 

On the 21st day of each month, your account will be sent to the magistrate with the cost of collection added to the account. If your account is sent to the magistrate three (3) times within a 12-month (July 1 to June 30 the following year) period, the warrant of ejection will be enforced on the third occasion regardless of whether or not payment has been made.
